⚠️ Final Guest Count Due 7 Days Prior to Event
Services Provided: Full truck menu — all menu items included with every booking.
Payment Terms: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure event date. Remaining balance due 7 days before event.
Cancellation Policy:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 7 days require 50% payment.
• Cancellations within 48 hours require full payment.
• Event cancellations within 10 days require payment of $300.00 to Burrainfreeze.
• Event cancellations within 48 hours require payment of $300.00 plus reimbursement of any vendor fee in full.
Weather & Outdoor Events: The client is responsible for ensuring secure parking and easy access to the event. Clients must provide potable water and electricity. Rescheduling is permitted within 90 days, subject to availability.
